Post Covid OSH Audit
The Secretary of the Directorate of Occupational Safety and Health Services (DOSHS) has issued the
return to work basic requirements to all workplaces in Kenya. The objective is to ensure that the spread of COVID-19 is mitigated in workplaces.
Occupational Safety & Health Risk Assessment (OSHA 2007 Section 6(3&4) )
This process is used to estimate Health & Safety risk exposure of the various hazards present in a Workplace. This process will help you answer the following questions,
- What can happen?
- How likely is it to happen?
- What are the consequences if it does happen?
Fire Safety Audit (Fire risk reduction Rules, 2007)
This is aimed at ascertaining how the workplace is managing its fire risk against the requirements of local legislation, the Fire risk reduction rules. This includes a site inspection and examination of relevant documentation. This process will help your organisation correctly identify the fire risks and the appropriate mitigation measures to implement to keep your workplace fire free.
Environmental Audit
Environmental Audit (EA) evaluates how activities and processes of an ongoing project conform to the approved environmental management plan of that specific project and sound environmental management practices.
Environmental, Social Impact Assessment (ESIA)
The EIA process helps identify the possible environmental effects of a planned project and how those impacts can be mitigated. This process informs decision-makers and the public of the environmental consequences of implementing a proposed project.

This the systematic, long-term assessment of pollutant levels by measuring the quantity and types of certain pollutants in the air.

Occupational Safety & Health Audit (OSHA 2007, Sect. 11)
